What you will do:

  • You are responsible for building strong and sustainable business relationships with our global B2B customers.
  • Your focus is on optimizing customer performance and ensuring the successful delivery and placement of our games.
  • A high level of customer satisfaction is particularly important to you.
  • You develop advertising campaigns and implement them together with your customers
  • You make a significant contribution to the development of growth strategies.
  • You support the preparation of market reports and analyses and working interdisciplinary.
  • You will be involved in customer events, trade fairs and sponsoring events.
  • You are no stranger to KPI-based account management.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in CRM management, VIP management or casino management in an operator environment. 
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills and proactively respond to customer needs. You are adaptable and outgoing.
  • You enjoy travelling to industry events and customer meetings in Europe and other regions.
  • You ideally bring rich experience in B2B sales.
  • You will work remotely and are ideally based in Malta or near our headquarter in Berlin.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and above-average empathy when dealing with different personalities.
  • You have a high degree of self-organisation and self-reflection for working within a hybrid, collaborative working model.
  • You have a can-do mentality and are passionate about moving things forward.
  • You have a very good command of English and other European languages. Ideally, you can communicate well in German.
