What you will do:
- You will be responsible for building and leading the sales and account management team in Malta.
- Your leadership behaviour has a significant impact on the positive sales development at GAMOMAT.
- You will work closely with the Strategy department by deriving specific sales measures from the market and product strategy formulated there and implementing these operationally with your team.
- Together with your team, you will work equally on acquiring strategically relevant, revenue-generating customer relationships and on maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.
- You manage your team based on figures and clearly defined sales KPIs to ensure high sales performance.
- You keep a constant eye on the market and competition and ensure that current trends are continuously incorporated into the further development of the market and product strategy.
