What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for building and leading the sales and account management team in Malta.
  • Your leadership behaviour has a significant impact on the positive sales development at GAMOMAT.
  • You will work closely with the Strategy department by deriving specific sales measures from the market and product strategy formulated there and implementing these operationally with your team.
  • Together with your team, you will work equally on acquiring strategically relevant, revenue-generating customer relationships and on maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.
  • You manage your team based on figures and clearly defined sales KPIs to ensure high sales performance.
  • You keep a constant eye on the market and competition and ensure that current trends are continuously incorporated into the further development of the market and product strategy.

Who you are?

  • You are a strong communicator and goal-orientated leader with a strong leadership mentality.
  • You have several years of management experience and a proven track record in building high-performance sales teams.
  • You have at least five years of experience in the iGaming industry - resulting in a high level of market knowledge and an established network in the market.
  • You have the ability to deal with constructive conflict, i.e. you maintain a good balance between assertiveness and the ability to cooperate.
  • You have a sure instinct for dealing with different stakeholders and personalities as well as strong negotiating skills.
  • You have a can-do mentality and are keen to get things moving.
  • You have a high degree of self-organisation and self-reflection for working within a hybrid, collaborative working model.
